Pricing

How do you incorporate economic justice and equity in your pricing model?

We utilize a sliding scale for both organizations and individuals who desire access to a liberatory movement praxis. We use this economic justice map from The Sliding Scale: A Tool of Economic Justice by Alexis J. Cunningfolk to remind ourselves of the financial spectrum. A sliding scale is an invitation into the practice of economic justice, calling each of us to lean into a shared commitment for a world where abundance is accessible. When we engage with a sliding scale with intention, we step into a circle of reciprocity—a dance where each person offers what they can, so everyone moves forward together. This is about honoring the truth of our resources and responsibilities, so that no one shoulders too much or too little.

When we each pay according to our capacity, the circle widens: products and services reach more hands, more hearts, and the makers and tenders of these offerings receive the compensation they need to keep growing. This is a shared ecosystem of care, one that asks us to consider not just what we take, but what we give, weaving together a community where justice and accessibility thrive side by side.

What does that look like in practice?

We have 3 pricing models for organizations:

1. Hourly-based Compensation Model

Our compensation model is a reflection of our commitment to equity and collective care. We honor the unique scale of each organization, recognizing that resources flow differently depending on size, mission, and impact. For smaller, grassroots initiatives, we offer rates that hold space for accessible and transformative work, while larger, established entities are met with a structure that matches their expanded capacity for resourcing the deep work we’ll do together.

We aim to move in harmony with your budget, honoring where you are as we craft a partnership rooted in mutual care and sustainable growth. Reach out to discuss how we can align our energy with yours—building in ways that center both your needs and our shared vision for justice and liberation.

2. Retainer-based Compensation Model

  • We provide a 7% discount with a commitment of at least 30 hours per month

3. Monthly-based Compensation Model

  • We offer a 10% discount with a flat fee for a commitment of at least 60 hours per month

What about individuals or executives seeking professional development and coaching?

For individuals and executives seeking professional development and coaching, we also offer a sliding scale to ensure that this work is accessible and rooted in economic justice. This scale honors varying financial circumstances, making space for those who are resourced differently to invest in their growth while contributing to a just and sustainable practice.

Here’s how it works in practice:

1. Tiered Individual Rates

For those with incomes below $50,000, we offer a pathway at a more accessible rate, honoring that abundance and need flow differently in each season of life. For those with greater resources, the contribution scales accordingly, ensuring that together, we are nourishing a whole ecosystem of care.

This approach invites each person to choose a rate that feels both possible and just, grounded in the shared intention of sustaining our collective work. In the spirit of reciprocity, we trust you to self-assess with honesty, selecting the tier that resonates with your resources and commitment to our collective thriving.

2. Retainer-based Professional Development Packages
For those interested in a consistent, structured engagement over time, we offer retainer packages at a reduced rate based on a minimum commitment of hours. This creates space for deeper, ongoing work, while providing predictable access to support:

  • 10% discount on 6-month commitments of at least 4 hours/month

  • 15% discount on annual commitments of at least 4 hours/month

By structuring our work with both organizations and individuals in this way, I’m committed to building relationships that value transparency, accessibility, and mutual support. Our deepest intention is to cultivate an ecosystem of care that balances financial sustainability with collective liberation, ensuring everyone can access the practices of liberation and growth.

Can you switch models if your needs change?

Yes, organizations and individuals may switch between models with a 30-day written notice.

How do customized trainings fit within your pricing structure?

Our approach to developing and facilitating customized trainings honors the specific rhythms, needs, and aspirations of each organization. These trainings are not “one-size-fits-all” but are crafted with care, intention, and responsiveness to create transformative experiences that resonate deeply with participants.

Given the tailored nature and preparation involved in designing these unique experiences, our pricing for customized trainings follows a bespoke model rather than a fixed rate. This flexible structure ensures that we can co-create a training journey that aligns with your organization’s vision, budget, and capacity. Connect with us to discuss your vision, and together, we’ll shape a training experience that is powerful, relevant, and sustainable for your team.
