  • ever is one of my most valued colleagues that I've worked with in 20 years in the nonprofit sector. They are deeply committed to racial & social justice and are able to dream big while also implementing strategies day-to-day, continually creating and improving systems to make our work more effective.

  • ever's deep experience in DEI means that they actively develop policies and share perspectives that create an inclusive workplace, challenge the status quo, and push staff to interrogate ingrained beliefs and behaviors - all of which leads to more effective organizations through engaged staff who feel supported and valued.

land acknowledgement

liberatory people ops was originally founded on land that is the tranditional territory of the Gabrielino and Tongva tribes. We recognize the enduring presence and deep traditional knowledge of the Gabrielino/Tongva Nation and pay our respects to elders past, present, and emerging. We honor their continued connection to this land, its waterways, and communities. Land acknowledgements are a way for us to reflect upon the duality of our work— while we work within our team, our community, and our client organizations to promote greater inclusivity and abolish inequities, we ourselves still perpetuate and contribute to various forms of historical and present oppression. We commit to learning from and supporting the sovereign Gabrielino/Tongva Nation as we move forward in a spirit of reconciliation and collaboration. We encourage you to learn more about the lands you are currently on and reflect on your own place in this work.
